Vendors Welcome!

The Blackberry Festival application were mailed to last year's vendors the middle of March, and the new application is available to download on the Application Packet page.


Welcome to the 17th Annual Blackberry Festival. We look forward to seeing vendors that are returning for another year and also to meeting new vendors. Our goal is to put on the best festival possible. So, we want you to be successful and feel that you made a good choice in selecting the Bremerton Blackberry Festival to spend your Labor Day weekend.

We work hard at not duplicating the main items that are sold at our festival. In order to do this, we must have your cooperation in listing every item you sell.

Each year we must follow new rules and regulations by the Fire Marshall and Police Departments and of course, the insurance companies. That is why our application has grown from one sheet of paper to both sides of five sheets. We ask that you read your application very carefully and follow specific directions. Sending in your completed form will avoid any delay in our meeting your selection of booth space or electrical needs.

This year the Hampton Inn and Suites is offering a "berry" good discount to all blackberry vendors. Be sure to pre-register with the hotel so they will have a room set aside for you when you arrive.


During the festival, if you have questions regarding availability of services, booth locations, etc. please go to our Berry (good) Information booth. Ice, as in the past, will be available at our Beer Garden.

You will receive acceptance confirmation as a vendor as soon as all paperwork has been processed and a committee of four decides on the best location for you based on your requests, available space and your electrical needs.

In August you will receive additional information regarding best times of arrival, a parking pass, if requested, and other necessary details. Included with this information, you will be given a vendor discount on specific blackberry apparel available at our Blackberry Central gift and souvenir store. You MUST bring the certificate we include with your instructions in order to take advantage of this offer.

Please keep in mind that our office gets busier as we get closer to the festival dates. So call if you have the need, and leave a message on our event line. Your call will be returned as soon as possible, but please be patient about any delay.
